New Email Address to Report Absences

Dear FES Parents and Guardians,

We want to inform you of a new and dedicated email address that has been set up to streamline the process of reporting student absences.

Starting today, please use the email address [email protected] to notify the office if your student will be absent for the day. This centralized email address will help us efficiently track attendance and ensure that all necessary records are up-to-date. 

As a friendly reminder, we kindly request that you send an email each day before 9:20 am if your student will be absent. This allows us to promptly update attendance records.  If calling is easier for you, please call 253-517-1400, Option 1, and please leave a message.

Thank you for your cooperation in using the new email address for attendance notifications.
